About Pink Cactus

Hi, I'm Scott Davenport, founder of Pink Cactus Training. I have worked as a trainer for over 20 years at Booking.com, RBS, NHS Scotland, Catawiki and British gas - focusing on team and leadership development.

I successfully implemented Insights Discovery 'High Performing Teams'  programmes during my ten years as Learning & Development Manager at Booking.com, helping teams to develop, grow and go beyond.

I love my job as a facilitator - creating the space for those team conversations and light bulb moments. I find it truly rewarding when people get to the next level of personal awareness and begin to unblock their relationships, unlock new behaviours and approach life playing to their skills and talents.

I am accredited in many learning methodologies, but I find Insights Discovery to be the one that sticks - that makes sense and can be used at every level.
