At Pink Cactus, we have over 15 years experience of using Insights Discovery as a tool to help leaders and teams harness their strengths and understanding their unique contributions.

What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, built to help people discover more about themselves and others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of which determines how and why people behave the way they do.

Undertaking the Insights Discovery journey can be life changing. At Pink Cactus, we offer offer a blended learning journey including training workshops with interactive activities to activate and embed your team's growth and transformation.
